Want to be a Vendor?

We are accepting vendors now for the April Beatnik Exchange! Please note we are only accepting a limited number of vendors and the types of merchandise you sell in order to maintain uniqueness and diversity of products.

Vendor registration will be held open until Wednesday, March 15, 2017.

Complete your contact information and provide a brief description of the types of products you will be selling and include 2 pictures of your merchandise.
*All products must be handmade, homemade and artisan driven.*
Direct sales companies not permitted.
You will receive a confirmation email once you submit your application.

Vendor Fee

$150 reserves a 12x12 space
Arrive Friday, April 7th to set up your area anytime from 8AM-6PM

Shopping Hours

Satruday, Arpil 8th from 10AM-5PM
Sunday, April 9th from 10AM-4PM
VIP shopping will be from 6PM-9PM Friday night

Vendor Camping

Overnight camping is available and encouraged!
Camping is $20 per night/per tent and up to 4 people per tent

Vendor Agreement

Sell only the items that you have described in your registration.

Setting up your own space and having it ready on Saturday, April 8th by 8:30AM.

(by 6PM on Friday, April 7th if you want to be part of the VIP shopping)

Post or share on your own Facebook page.

Booths will not be broken down before 4PM on Sunday, April 9th (last day of event).

Cancellation policy: this is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds for cancellations.

I hereby agree to the terms of the event to include release of liability

on the part of Beatnik Exchange and Rebel Juju, LLC and management of the same. I understand and agree that management will not be responsible for the theft and damage of my personal property or items I ave for sale.
